Abstract

Abstract：Ambiguous genitalia (AG) are one of the common symptoms and signs of disorders of sex development. The excess or deficiency of androgen and gonadal dysgenesis are the main reasons for the AG. The clinical manifestation and Prader classification of AG, etiologies, diagnosis and treatment of the most common diseases, the plastic operations for AG are summarized in this article.
