Abstract: Hysterectomy is one of the causes of female pelvic floor dysfunctional diseases. Different routes of hysterectomy have different effects on pelvic floor urinary function. This article summarizes the differences in the effects of three different routes of hysterectomy on female pelvic floor and the measures to prevent postoperative pelvic floor dysfunctional diseases，providing ideas for clinicians to choose the routes of hysterectomy.

摘要： 子宫切除术是造成女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的原因之一，不同路径的子宫切除术对盆底泌尿功能影响不同，文章就3种不同路径子宫切除术对女性盆底功能影响的差异以及预防术后发生盆底功能障碍性疾病的措施进行阐述，为临床医生选择子宫切除术方式提供参考。
