Abstract: Hysteroscopic surgery has become the“gold standard” for the diagnosis of many kinds of uterine cavity diseases because of its advantages in observing uterine cavity diseases directly. Whether or not hysteroscopic surgery causes peritoneal spread of endometrial or endometrial cancer cells，and how to master tumor-free principle，thus avoiding iatrogenic diseases caused by hysteroscopic surgery are the problems needing clinical attention.

摘要： 宫腔镜手术以其直视下观察宫腔病变的优势，成为多种宫腔疾病诊断的首选方法。宫腔镜手术是否会造成子宫内膜细胞或子宫内膜癌细胞腹腔扩散以及如何掌握宫腔镜手术的无瘤防御原则，从而规避因宫腔镜手术引起的医源性疾病是目前临床需要重视的问题。
