Hysteroscopic surgery has become the“gold standard” for the diagnosis of many kinds of uterine cavity diseases because of its advantages in observing uterine cavity diseases directly. Whether or not hysteroscopic surgery causes peritoneal spread of endometrial or endometrial cancer cells，and how to master tumor-free principle，thus avoiding iatrogenic diseases caused by hysteroscopic surgery are the problems needing clinical attention.
