Less than 3% endometrial polyps belong to malignant polyps.Malignant endometrial polyps have similar pathological subtypes，risk factors，diagnostic and treatment protocols with endometrial carcinomas.However，due the local natures of polyps，hysteroscopy should be adopted as the primary choice for achieve pathological diagnosis rather than D&C or minimally samplings.Fertility-sparing treatment should be prudently recommended to patients with sufficient consenting.
