Abstract:

The fallopian tube has received more and more attention.In addition to neoplasms，the fallopian tubal inflammatory diseases are relatively common.The fallopian tube has an important physiological function in reproductive process.Inflammatory diseases caused by tubal infection are also an increasingly serious problem.It is very necessary to be familiar with the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of tubal inflammatory changes，which will increase the rate of correct diagnosis and help the patients with infertility.Inflammatory lesions of the fallopian tube mainly include infectious salpingitis and other non-neoplastic lesions accompanied by inflammatory cell infiltration.

摘要：

输卵管日益受到重视，与输卵管肿瘤性病变相比，输卵管炎症性病变相对更为常见。输卵管在生殖过程中有着重要生理功能，输卵管感染引起的炎症性疾病也是一个日益严重的问题，熟悉输卵管炎症性病变的诊断和鉴别诊断是非常必要的，从而提高输卵管炎症的诊治正确性，并为不孕症患者提供帮助。输卵管炎症性病变主要包括感染性输卵管炎以及其他伴有炎细胞浸润的非肿瘤性病变。
