Abstract

The adverse outcomes of pregnancy in chronic kidney disease(CKD) include miscarriage,preeclampsia,fetal malformation,intrauterine growth restriction,and premature birth.Multidisciplinary management is essential to adjusting the medication  with less impact on the fetus,choosing the right time for pregnancy,and changing habits of the patients to adapt to the pathological and physiological changes during pregnancy.
