阴道分娩后产后血肿形成存在诸多高危因素。体积较大或类型特殊的生殖道血肿如阔韧带血肿和（或）腹膜后血肿常起病隐匿，难以早期发现，可造成隐匿性产后出血而危及产妇生命。根据血肿部位、大小、是否持续增大、产妇血流动力学的稳定性等，可选择保守治疗、盆腔动脉栓塞治疗或手术治疗。
