摘要：
尿失禁被世界卫生组织认为是威胁成年女性身心健康的5种主要慢性疾病之一。尿动力学检查能直观、量化反映下尿路功能。根据尿失禁患者尿动力检查结果，临床医师可以在充分理解下尿路功能的基础上，做出正确的临床决策，选择合适的治疗方案，并预测疗效。因此，对尿动力学检查报告的正确解读尤为重要。

Abstract:
Urinary incontinence is considered by the World Health Organization as one of the five major chronic diseases that threaten the physical and mental health of adult women.The urine dynamic examination can reflect the function of urinary tract directly and quantitatively .According to the urodynamic results of urinary incontinence patients，the clinician can make the correct clinical decision，choose the appropriate treatment plan，and predict the curative effect on the basis of fully understanding the function of the urinary tract.Therefore，the correct interpretation of the urodynamics examination report is particularly important.
