摘要： 近年来， 随着生育年龄的推迟， 高龄妊娠不断增多， 辅助生殖技术的需求不断增大， 其子代安全性问题也越来越受到关注， 相关研究亦逐渐增多。对于高龄妇女， 如何降低子代出生缺陷、规避风险以达到优生目的的前提是了解高龄自然妊娠及辅助生殖技术可能造成的风险。文章将对高龄妇女自然妊娠与辅助生殖技术的子代安全性进行归纳总结。

Abstract: In recent years， with the delay of the reproductive age， the demand for elderly pregnancy and assisted reproductive technology is increasing， and the safety of the offspring is also getting more and more attention.For women at advanced age， knowing how to reduce the risk of birth defects and avoid risks in order to achieve the purpose of eugenics is the premise to understand the risk of natural conception and assisted reproductive technology of them.Therefore， this article will make a summary of the birth defects of the off?spring of natural conception and assisted reproductive technology in women at advanced age.
