摘要:
胎儿超声软指标的出现提示胎儿存在潜在的其他结构异常或染色体异常风险。由于应用超声软指标进行预测染色体异常的假阳性率高,如果盲目应用于临床,会明显增加患者焦虑和介入性穿刺导致胎儿丢失风险。
