急性阑尾炎是妊娠期最常见的外科合并症，其临床表现和体征往往不典型，容易漏诊而延误治疗时机，导致不良母胎结局，且目前对于妊娠合并急性阑尾炎的治疗尚存争议。文章从妊娠合并急性阑尾炎的诊断、手术治疗以及保守治疗策略等方面进行了阐述。

Acute appendicitis is the most common surgical complication in pregnancy. It is easy to be misdiagnosed because of its atypical clinical features and signs，which leads to adverse maternal and fetal outcomes due to delayed treatment. At present，there are still contraversies on the treatment of pregnancy complicated with acute appendicitis. The diagnosis and conservative and surgical strategy of this disease were described in the article.
