妊娠期糖尿病进行医学营养治疗能够减少孕期并发症发生，改善妊娠结局。文章从营养治疗的目标及原则、与运动和胰岛素治疗的关系以及产后营养治疗的方向等方面分别进行阐述，并以举例的方式阐述妊娠期糖尿病膳食的制定方法及注意事项。
Abstract：Medical nutrition therapy could decrease the incidence of complications and improve outcome of gestational diabetes mellitus（GDM）.We will talk about the aim and the principle of nutrition therapy,the relationship of exercise and insulin with GDM,and the direction of nutrition when had labored.At last,we give an example which including of establishing the making menu and matters that need attention.
