摘要：

淋病是由淋病奈瑟菌引起的细菌性性传播疾病。妊娠合并淋病奈瑟菌感染并不少见,可引起不良妊娠结局和新生儿损害，严重时淋病奈瑟菌可通过血行引起母婴播散性淋病奈瑟菌感染，应当引起产科关注。尽早确诊，临床分型，选择对淋病奈瑟菌最敏感的药物，足量、正规、正确治疗十分重要。

Abstract:

Abstract: Gonorrhea is a bacterial sexually transmitted disease caused by Neisseria gonorrhoeae.Pregnancy with gonococcus infection is not uncommon，and gonorrhea may cause adverse pregnancy outcome and neonatal harm. When it is serious the Neisseria gonorrhoeae may travel through the blood cause disseminated gonococcal infection，which should be paid attention to by obstetricians.Early diagnosis，clinical typing，the choice of the most sensitive drug and enough，regular and correct treatment is very important.
