摘要

女性的生育力随着年龄的增加逐渐下降，尤其在32岁之后下降明显，37岁之后生育力下降更迅速。对于有生育要求的女性，加强教育以及提高其年龄对生育力影响的意识是非常关键的。鉴于随着年龄增加生育力下降、损害女性生育力的疾病发病率增加以及妊娠丢失的风险增高，年龄>35岁的女性应该在超过6个月试孕失败的情况下得到快速的评价并接受治疗。年龄>40岁的女性更应该及时接受评价和治疗。
