CIP2A在卵巢癌组织中的表达及其临床意义研究
Expression and clinical significance of cancerous inhibitor of protein phosphatase 2A （CIP2A） in human ovarian cancers tissues.
目的 探讨CIP2A在卵巢癌组织中的表达情况和临床意义。方法 选取2008年1月至2010年7月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院手术切除的卵巢癌组织77例及正常卵巢组织6例，并收集其临床病理特征。采用兔抗人CIP2A多克隆抗体以SP免疫组化法、实时定量PCR进行研究，并分析CIP2A表达与临床病理因素的关系。结果 在6例正常卵巢组织中，CIP2A的表达为阴性或低表达；而在77例卵巢癌组织中，33.77% （26/77） 具有CIP2A 阳性表达。CIP2A在卵巢浆液性癌、子宫内膜样癌、黏液性癌和透明细胞癌中的阳性表达率分别为39.13% （18/46）、23.53%（4/17）、16.67% （2/12）和 100% （2/2）。CIP2A的表达与卵巢癌病理分期和肿瘤病理分级有关。实时定量PCR结果证实，相比正常卵巢组织，卵巢癌组织CIP2A转录水平显著提高（P<0.05）。结论 CIP2A在卵巢癌中高表达并且与FIGO分期和肿瘤病理分级有关。CIP2A可能成为卵巢癌诊断的新指标和治疗中的新靶点。
