摘要

脐带脱垂是在胎膜破裂情况下，脐带脱至子宫颈外，位于胎先露一侧（隐性脐带脱垂）或越过胎先露（显性脐带脱垂），是导致围产儿死亡的重要原因，发生率为0.1%～0.6%。导致脐带脱垂的主要原因包括胎位不正、多次分娩、胎膜早破、羊水过多、产科干预等因素，其导致的胎儿不良结局包括早产、新生儿窒息甚至新生儿死亡。
