摘要： 妊娠期子宫颈机能不全是导致中期妊娠流产和早产的重要原因之一，是临床诊断性疾病，缺乏客观的金标准。子宫颈环扎术是治疗子宫颈机能不全最有效的方法，但不同手术方式的治疗效果有差异，文章对不同的手术方式进行评价，以期为临床提供参考。

Abstract: Cervical incompetence during pregnancy is one of the important causes of mid-term pregnancy loss and preterm birth，which is a clinically diagnostic disease lacking objective gold standards.Cervical cerclage is the most effective method for treating cervical incompetence，but different surgical methods have varying treatment effects. This article aims to evaluate different surgical methods，providing reference for clinical practice.
