避孕药具是贯彻落实新时期生育政策的重要且不可或缺的技术手段和物质基础，对生育调控、避免非意愿妊娠和保护女性生育力具有重要意义。避孕药具管理服务工作既是我国计划生育工作的重要环节，也是充分发挥公共服务职能的具体行动。为进一步完善避孕药具管理，提升基本避孕服务水平，为人民群众提供安全可及的免费避孕药具服务，文章从避孕药具的供应发放、质量管理和服务管理等方面进行阐述，分析国内避孕药具管理的现状、面临的挑战，探讨相关对策建议。

Contraceptive is an important and indispensable technical means and material basis for carrying out the fertility policy in the new period. It is of great significance for fertility regulation，avoiding unwanted pregnancy and protecting female fertility. Contraceptive management not only plays an important role in family planning service in China， but also is a concrete action to give full play to the function of public service. In order to improve contraceptive management， promote basic contraceptive service level，and provide people with safe and accessible free contraceptive services，this study analyzes the current situation and challenges of contraceptive management in China，and give some suggestions from the aspects of contraceptive supply and distribution，quality management and service management.
