摘要： 现代儿科呼吸介入技术简便、安全、有效，合理、综合应用于心胸外科围手术期，可有力支持其气道诊断、评估和气道管理，有效降低手术并发症、提高手术成功率，改善预后。

Abstract: Modern pediatric respiratory intervention techniques are simple，safe and effective，so reasonable and comprehensive application in cardiothoracic surgery，can strongly support its airway diagnosis，evaluation and airway management，effectively reduce surgical complications，increase the success rate of surgery，and improve the prognosis.
