  • 作者简介:顾锋，教授、博士生导师。就职于北京协和医院内分泌科。兼任中华医学会内分泌分会垂体学组副组长，The journal Minerva Endocrinologica、《中华内分泌代谢杂志》及《中国实用内科杂志》编委，欧洲神经内分泌学会会员，欧洲神经内分泌学会垂体疾病专家委员会核心成员。长期从事内分泌疾病临床和基础研究，尤其是下丘脑垂体疾病的基础和临床研究。2004年荣获赛克勒中国医师年度奖。

摘要：

随着垂体瘤检测水平的不断提高，近年来垂体瘤的发病有逐年增加的趋势，文章就临床医生最常见的垂体瘤相关问题，进行介绍和讨论。包括垂体瘤常见临床症状，垂体瘤如何分类，激素分泌性垂体瘤有哪些类型，垂体瘤的诊断，垂体瘤的治疗策略及药物治疗效果。

Abstract:

Abstract：With continuous improvement in pituitary tumor detection，in recent years the incidence of pituitary tumors has been on the rise.This paper presented and discussed the most commonly encountered issues regarding pituitary tumor，including its clinical symptoms，its classification，the types of pituitary hormone-secreting tumors，diagnosis，treatment strategies of pituitary tumor and its therapeutic effect of medication.
