橡皮障隔离技术

  • 作者简介:薛明，教授、主任医师、硕士研究生导师。现任中国医科大学口腔医学院牙体牙髓病学教研室副主任，国家住院医师规范化培训口腔全科基地（中国医科大学）教学主任。兼任中华口腔医学会继续教育部显微根管治疗技术首席推广专家、牙体牙髓病学专业委员会委员，辽宁省口腔医学会第六届理事会理事、牙体牙髓病学专业委员会候任主任委员，《中国实用口腔科杂志》编委，《国际口腔医学杂志》《中国组织工程学杂志》审稿专家。主持辽宁省自然科学基金项目1项、沈阳市科委重点研发项目1项、中国医科大学口腔医学院临床新技术项目2项，参与国家自然科学基金项目2项、省级课题研究3项。参编专著1部，发表学术论文50余篇。

摘要： 在牙髓治疗和牙体修复过程中，有效地将患牙与口腔环境隔离，保持术区干燥，阻止唾液及微生物对术区的污染，是治疗和修复成功的基本保证。随着技术的发展与革新，橡皮障隔离技术已成为目前最有效的隔离方法，是治疗过程中不可或缺的关键步骤。因此，了解橡皮障的优势、组成，掌握橡皮障的应用方法，对于提高治疗成功率、减少并发症的发生具有十分重要的意义。

Abstract: In the procedure of endodontics and restoration，effectively isolating the teeth from the oral environment，keeping the operation area dry and preventing the contamination of saliva and microorganisms to the operation area are the basic guarantee for the success of endodontic treatment and restoration. With the development and innovation of technologies，rubber dam isolation technique has become the most effective isolation method and an indispensable critical procedure in the treatment process. Therefore，understanding the advantages and composition of rubber dam and mastering the application methods of rubber dam are of great significance to improving the success rate of treatment and reducing the occurrence of complications.
