小鼠双膦酸盐相关性颌骨坏死建模的研究进展

摘要: 随着双膦酸盐药物的广泛应用,双膦酸盐相关性颌骨坏死(bisphosphonate related osteonecrosis of the jaw,BRONJ)的病例报道日益增多。动物模型是研究该病发病机制及防治策略的有效途径。小鼠具有饲养周期短、便于进行基因水平的调控等优势,因此利用小鼠构建BRONJ模型的报道逐渐增多。但小鼠BRONJ模型构建相关研究在建模方法和建模成功率等方面仍存在较大差异。文章从实验动物、建模药物、药物诱导方案、建模成功率等方面对小鼠BRONJ建模的研究现状进行综述,以期探寻出相对理想的小鼠BRONJ建模方案,提高建模成功率,进而为BRONJ相关的实验研究打下良好基础。

Abstract: With the widespread use of bisphosphonates,reports on bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of the jaw(BRONJ)are increasing. Animal models are an effective way to study the pathogenesis of the disease and to develop the strategies of prevention and treatment. Mice have the unique advantages of short period of raising and  the convenience of regulation at gene-level,so the reports on establishing BRONJ models of mice are increasing gradually. However,there are still big differences in modeling methods and modeling success rates among different studies. In this paper,the current research status of mouse BRONJ modeling is reviewed from the aspects of experimental animals,modeling drugs,drug induction protocols,and modeling success rate. We hope to explore a relatively ideal mouse BRONJ modeling protocol,improve the modeling success rate,and lay a good foundation for BRONJ-related experimental research.
