Abstract: Leveling the curve of Spee is both a routine step in orthodontic treatment and one of the goals of orthodontic treatment. After leveling the Spee curve，it is often seen that some patients will have recurrence. Understanding the factors that influence the formation of the curve of Spee contributes to the development of clinical treatment plans and the evaluation of efficacy. The factors that influence the curve of Spee are currently unclear. Therefore，this paper reviews the research progress of the relationship between Spee curvature and age as well as craniofacial morphology.
