沈阳地区未成年人口腔不良习惯与错牙合畸形相关性研究

摘要： 目的　研究沈阳地区未成年人口腔不良习惯与错牙合畸形的相关性。方法　选取2017年1月至2019年3月来中国医科大学附属口腔医院正畸二科就诊的110例错牙合畸形未成年患者作为病例组，另选取同期在中国医科大学附属口腔医院就诊的35例无错牙合畸形未成年患者作为对照组，进行问卷调查和错牙合畸形诊断，分析不同类型错牙合畸形患者的口腔不良习惯情况以及错牙合畸形类型与口腔不良习惯的相关性。 结果　口呼吸和偏侧咀嚼为未成年患者最易出现的口腔不良习惯；口呼吸与反牙合、深覆盖以及深覆牙合合并深覆盖相关（P < 0.05），咬下唇与深覆牙合合并深覆盖相关（P < 0.05）。结论　错牙合畸形与未成年人口腔不良习惯密切相关，口腔不良习惯的早发现、早纠正是预防和治疗错牙合畸形的重要途径之一。

Abstract: Objective　To study the relationship between malocclusion and bad oral habits of minors in Shenyang. Methods　Totally 110 minors with malocclusion，who saw a doctor in Orthodontic Department of Hospital of Stomatology，China Medical University from January 2017 to March 2019，were chosen as case group. In addition，35 minors without malocclusion were chosen as control group. Based on the questionnaire surveys and diagnoses of malocclusion，the oral habits in patients with different kinds of malocclusions and the relationship between malocclusion and oral habits were analyzed. Results　Mouth breathing and asymmetrical chewing were the most common bad oral habits in minors. There was significant correlation between mouth breathing and cross bite，deep overjet and deep overbite combining deep overjet （P < 0.05）；biting lower lip was related to deep overbite combining deep overjet（P < 0.05）. Conclusion　Malocclusion is closely correlated with bad oral habits of minors. Early detection and correction of their bad oral habits is one of the most important ways to prevent and treat malocclusion.
