全脱出牙齿储存介质对牙周膜细胞的作用与机制

摘要：

牙齿全脱出是牙外伤最严重的一种类型，离体时间及储存介质是影响再植牙预后的2个重要因素。良好的储存介质在保持牙周膜细胞活性的同时，应能降低再植牙术后发生炎症性吸收和替代性吸收的风险。文章就全脱出牙齿储存介质对牙周膜细胞的作用与机制做一综述。

Abstract:

Tooth avulsion is one of the most serious types of dental trauma. Extra-oral time and storage media have a profound effect on the prognosis of replanted teeth. An ideal storage media should not only maintain the viability of periodontal ligament cells （PDLCs） but also significantly reduce the occurrence of inflammation resorption and replacement resorption. In this review，we discuss the effect of storage medium on PDLCs of  avulsed tooth and the mechanism.
