摘要:
玻璃陶瓷因具有优良的机械学性能和美学效果,成为目前临床上用于牙体修复的主要全瓷材料。但由于陶瓷属于脆性材料,在切削和临床操作过程中产生的微小裂纹及表面缺陷都可能会造成日后修复体的折断,且其对天然牙的磨耗较重,而树脂对应力则具有一定的缓冲作用。复合材料由于兼具玻璃陶瓷优良的机械、美学性能以及树脂材料的韧性,近年来受到越来越多的关注。目前对复合材料各种性能的研究仍不充分,文章根据现有研究文献对可切削复合材料的性能进行综述。

Abstract:
Glass ceramics has become the main porcelain materials clinically used for repairing posterior teeth because of its excellent mechanical performance and aesthetic effect. Because ceramics are brittle materials,tiny cracks and surface defects produced in the process of cutting and clinical operation will cause the breaking of restored teeth in the future, and the abrasion to natural tooth is heavier. However,while composite resin has a certain buffer effect on stress,in recent years,composite materials have received more and more attention,because they combine the excellent mechanical and aesthetic characteristics of ceramic with toughness of resin materials at the same time. The current research on the performance of composite materials is still inadequate. This article will make a review on the properties of the composite materials.
