固核载体类根管充填技术

摘要：

根管治疗术是牙髓病和根尖周病最常用也是最有效的治疗方法。根管治疗的目的是严密充填根管系统，防止根尖周组织再感染。固核载体类根管充填技术，作为热牙胶充填技术之一，具有使用方便、充填致密等特点，在临床上应用广泛。文章就固核载体类根管充填技术的构成、充填质量等做一介绍。

Abstract:

Root canal therapy is the most effective and essential treatment for pulpitis and apical periodontitis. The final objective for endodontic procedures should be the total obturation of the root canal system，to prevent the reversal of apical periodontitis. Core-carrier technique as a kind of warm gutta-percha technique，is easily used. It is claimed to enhance adaptation of the gutta-percha to the canal wall，and is widely used in clinical practice. The constitution of core-carrier technique and the quality of obturation were introduced in this article.
