牙齿发育异常的外科治疗

  • 作者简介:宋光泰，医学博士、教授、主任医师、硕士研究生导师。现任武汉大学口腔医学院儿童口腔科主任。兼任中华口腔医学会儿童口腔医学专业委员会第三、四届副主任委员，第二、五届常务委员；武汉口腔医学会常务理事兼秘书长；亚洲儿童牙科学会（PDAA）理事（2008~2016）；湖北省口腔医学会常务理事；国际儿童牙科协会（IAPD）会员。临床擅长儿童口腔疾病的诊断、治疗及预防。同时，还负责和参加了本科生、研究生等多层次教学工作，对PBL教学有较深研究。近年来，负责和参与多项科研项目，发表论文多篇，多次参加全国及国际性学术会议。

摘要：

牙齿发育异常包括牙齿数目异常、牙齿形态异常、牙齿结构异常以及牙齿萌出与脱落异常，是儿童口腔科的常见疾病，其病因尚不十分明确，与遗传因素和环境因素有关。牙齿发育异常的治疗原则为：早期发现、准确诊断、适时干预、多学科联合综合治疗。文章就牙齿发育异常的外科手术治疗进行初步探讨。

Abstract:

Dental developmental anomalies are  common diseases in pediatric dentistry， which include anomalies of number， morphology， structure， and eruption & exfliation. The etiology of those  diseases are still uncertain， while it is confirmed that genetic and environmental factors are closely related.The principle of treatment of this diseases are as follows： early detection， accurate diagnosis， timely intervention， multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment. The aim of this article is to provide a preliminary discussion about the surgical therapy of the dental developmental anomalies.
