种植体周围炎治疗与维护策略

  • 作者简介:宿玉成，医学博士、教授、主任医师。现任中国医学科学院北京协和医院口腔种植中心主任、首席专家。兼任国际口腔种植学会（ITI）专家组成员、国际牙医师学院院士、中华口腔医学会口腔种植专委会候任主任委员、北京口腔医学会口腔种植专委会主任委员，《口腔医学研究》杂志副主编、《中国口腔颌面外科杂志》等杂志编委。发表论文70余篇。主编《口腔种植学》等专著4部，翻译和主译《口腔种植临床指南》等专著十余部。主持国家“十五”攻关课题“口腔种植的基础与临床研究”等多项科研项目。4项科研成果获省部级科技进步奖。主要研究方向为口腔种植学和口腔颌面外科学。

摘要：

种植体周围炎是种植体植入后的常见并发症之一，其治疗和后续的维护及其重要。临床上根据临床表现和相关检查选择合适的序列治疗与维护方案，制定适宜的治疗计划，尽可能维持种植体周围组织健康。

Abstract:

Peri-implantitis is one of the common complications of dental implant. The treatment and maintenance of peri-implantitis are extremely important. The maintenance protocols of peri-implantitis are based on the clinical signs，symptoms and indexes. The goal should be the establishment of healthy peri-implant tissues.
