口腔潜在恶性病变的无创筛查及管理

  • 作者简介:周红梅，教授、主任医师、博士研究生导师。现任四川大学华西口腔医院口腔黏膜病科主任。兼任中华口腔医学会中西医结合专业委员会常务委员，四川省口腔医学会口腔黏膜病专业委员会副主任委员，日本齿科大学客座助教授，《华西口腔医学杂志》、《中国实用口腔科杂志》等核心期刊编委，国家规划教材《口腔黏膜病学》（研究生教材）、《口腔临床药物学》编委。从事口腔黏膜病学的医、教、研工作20余年，对常见和疑难口腔黏膜病有较丰富的诊治经验，是国家临床重点专科学术带头人，华西口腔医院一级专家。以肿瘤微环境在口腔黏膜癌变过程中的作用为主要研究方向，先后负责国家自然科学基金课题4项，在Cancer Res、Am J Med、Plos One等中英文杂志发表论文90余篇，主编专著2部，副主编1部。

摘要：

口腔潜在恶性病变（oral potential malignant disorders， OPMDs）是一类发生在口腔黏膜、具有癌变潜能的疾病总称，对OPMDs进行有效筛查及管理对于阻断其癌变进程和提高患者生活质量均具有重要意义。现就OPMDs的无（微）创筛查技术、管理理念以及笔者课题组的临床实践体会进行总结。

Abstract:

Oral potential malignant disorders（OPMDs）is a general term of diseases with potential carcinogenesis in oral mucosa. The effective screening and intervention of it has a vital role in blocking the process of carcinogenesis and improving the quality of the patients' life. To date， we conduct a review of the noninvasive or microinvasive screening techniques，ideology of intervention and clinical experience of our team in this paper.
