Abstract:

Dentin hypersensitivity is a kind of common symptom，and it is also a hard nut to crack in clinics because of the complexity of its pathogenesis and the diversity of its clinical manifestation. Besides，the effect of treatment，especially the long-term curative effect，is not ideal，so this article intended to make a summary about its pathogenesis，principle of treatment and therapeutic methods used in recent years.
