  • 作者简介:李刚，医学博士、第四军医大学口腔医学院口腔预防医学教研室教授、第四军医大学公共卫生硕士专业学位（MPH）研究生导师。兼任中华口腔医学会口腔预防医学专业委员会副主任委员、中国牙病防治基金会专家委员会成员、中国科学技术协会全国口腔保健医学首席科学传播专家。主要研究方向为公共口腔卫生服务研究。近年来完成各类课题项目25项。发表研究论文和报告587篇，其中SCI收录论文5篇。主编及参编专著49部。

摘要：

老年人是社区口腔保健的重点人群，本文从保持口腔清洁、增强体质、注意营养与口腔疾病、培养良好的口腔卫生习惯和生活习惯、定期进行口腔检查等一级预防，重视牙科治疗、牙科治疗特点、社区牙科治疗、家庭牙科治疗、预防牙科治疗等二级预防，以及康复口腔功能等三级预防，介绍了老年人口腔保健策略与措施。由经过口腔保健培训的初级卫生保健人员，针对老年人的需要，有计划、有组织地进行口腔保健活动，包括口腔健康教育与促进、口腔卫生指导、定期口腔检查、供应口腔保健用品以及适当安排治疗与功能康复等。

Abstract:

Abstract：Old people is the focus of community oral health care. This paper introduces the strategies and measures of oral health care for elderly people，including how to keep the mouth clean，enhance physical fitness，nutrition，and oral diseases，and develop good oral hygiene habits and living habits， and regular oral examination，primary prevention，the importance of dental treatment，dental treatment，community and family dental treatment，preventive dental treatment and rehabilitation of oral function.
