住院医师培训在口腔全科医师培养中的作用

  • 作者简介: 谢洪，教授、主任医师。毕业于北京医学院口腔医学系。现任辽宁省人民医院口腔科副主任。兼任中华口腔医学会全科口腔医学专业委员会常务委员，辽宁省口腔医学会常务理事、全科口腔医学专业委员会主任委员，辽宁省预防医学会常务理事、口腔卫生保健专业委员会副主任委员，《中国实用美容整形外科杂志》编委。发表学术论文60余篇，主编专著3部。获辽宁省科技进步三等奖2项，沈阳市科技进步一等奖1项。

摘要：

口腔全科医师是口腔医疗保健的主体，住院医师培训应以培养口腔全科医师为目的。综合医院口腔科在管理上应建立口腔全科诊疗思维，成为口腔全科医师的培养中心。开展住院医师规范化培训，对加强我国口腔医学人才的培养具有重大而深远的意义。

Oral general practitioner is the principal part of oral health care in Liaoning Province. Residency training should aim at cultivating oral general practitioners. Department of stomatology in general hospital should establish some lines of thinking about oral general management and become the cultivating center of oral general practitioners. It is of great and far-reaching significance to  carry on the program of standardization training of residents in strengthening the oral medical personnel training in China.
