自体牙移植术历史与展望

  • 作者简介:田磊，医学博士，第四军医大学口腔医学院颅颌面创伤与整形外科副教授、副主任医师、硕士研究生导师。兼任中华口腔医学会颌面外科专业委员会青年委员、中国医师协会口腔分会会员、国际AOCMF会员、AO讲师团亚太区讲师、Oral Oncology国际审稿专家、《中华临床医师杂志（电子版）》及《创伤外科杂志》编辑。2010—2012年分别在德国弗莱堡大学口腔颌面外科中心和英国威尔士大学Morriston 医院进修颅颌面外科和计算机辅助外科。主要从事颅颌面创伤、头颈部修复与重建外科的临床、科研及教学工作。承担国家自然科学基金、陕西省自然科学基金等多项科研项目，在SCI收录杂志和国内核心期刊发表论文30余篇。

摘要：

自体牙移植术从20世纪中叶开始有文献记载（PubMed）至今仅有50年的历史，此间其经过不断地发展与进步，现已成为一种安全和具有可预测性的操作。虽然目前自体牙移植术尚未被列入缺牙的常规治疗方法之中，但随着技术和材料的不断进步，其必将对保持牙列完整，恢复牙槽突高度，并提供可接受的美学和生理学结果做出更大的贡献。

Abstract:

Tooth autotransplantation has a history of only fifty years from its being recorded in the PubMed literature. It  was developed and improved continuously. Now it has become a procedure with safety and predictability. Although it has not been a routine therapy for missing teeth nowadays，it really can help to preserve the continuity of the dental arch and the alveolar process and provide an acceptable aesthetic and physiological outcome with the development of technique and materials.
