摘要

P（Plan，计划）、D（Do，执行）、C（Check，检查）、A（Action，处理）循环（PDCA 循环）目前逐渐在各个领域中广泛应用。医疗质量安全管理为医疗服务中非常重要的环节，尤其在辅助生殖技术中。文章以胚胎污染为例，阐述PDCA循环在辅助生殖技术质量控制中的应用。

Abstract

PDCA cycle is widely used in all the fields now.Management of medical quality and safety is very important during the medical service，expecially in the field of Assisted Reproductive Technology（ART）.In this reseach，we demonstrated the application of PDCA cycle in the field of ART for quality control，with the example of embryo contamination.
